Wisconsin lawyer Charlene D'Cruz, of the nonprofit organization Lawyers for Good Government, describes how she and three other American lawyers were embedded in a caravan of 6,000 migrants traveling from Central America in November 2018 and how she helped to give them asylum rights legal advice. D'Cruz was in Matamoros, Mexico, on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, giving migrants living on the streets legal advice on how to seek asylum in the United States. (Border Report Video/Sandra Sanchez).
