AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Potter County Courthouse swore in a new judge this afternoon.
Judge Titiana Frausto was sworn in at four this afternoon during a ceremony at the courthouse.
Judge Frausto was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the 181st District Court.
