The following information provides contact numbers to help with any challenges students from the storm zone may be facing:

Attendance—For students who haven’t been able to travel out of the storm area, please communicate with faculty about delays. For those who will miss three or more days of class, please call the Office of Enrollment, Engagement and Student Success at 806-651-2050.

Residence Hall Check-in—Students who haven’t been able to travel to Canyon and move into their residence hall because of the storm, please contact the Office of Residential Living at 806-651-3000.

Withdrawal—Faculty members are working to help students, both online and on-campus, who are dealing with issues related to Harvey. Students who are going to be delayed for a short time should contact their faculty member. Many of these storm related issues could take weeks to resolve and could cause a long term absence. If withdrawing, please call the Office of the Registrar at 806-651-4911.
