West Texas A&M baseball hammered out 25 hits en route to an 18-8 win over Tarleton State Sunday to take three of four from the Texans.
The Buffs jumped out early, scoring eight runs in the first inning and then continued to tack on runs throughout what was a windy day Wilder Park. With the win, WT improves to 14-4 on the season, including 9-2 on their 11 game home stand.
Trace Hansen paced WT, going 4-6 with a home run and three runs batted in.
WTAMU will play at Cameron for a four game series starting on Friday.
