Vitamin D heart disease

News

Vitamin d supplements may have no impact on your heart health.

Researchers at Michigan State University analyzed 21 studies involving nearly 83,000 patients.

Compared to taking a placebo, Vitamin D supplements were not associated with a lowered risk of heart attacks, strokes or dying from heart disease.

The results were similar in both men and women regardless of the dose amount.
