Texas Realtor Stages Sexy People In Home Listing

Viral Videos

When you’re trying to sell your house, it’s not uncommon to dress it up with some new furniture or artwork but half-naked people?

One realtor hired models to pose suggestively in photos of one of the homes she’s listing.

Her clients wanted this house sold, and realtor Kristin Gyldenege says she’s willing to do whatever it takes.

Realtor Kristin Gyldenege says, “That’s the name of the game, is to try to stand out. I mean, the realtors these days — there’s so many of them, and everybody does the same thing.”

Gyldenege didn’t decorate the house in Halloween ghosts and goblins.

She skipped the inflatable dinosaurs some other realtors have used.

Instead of deciding skin is in.

Using two fitness models to demonstrate how a young couple might utilize this house while not fully dressed.

Gyldenege says, “I figured if you can put a dinosaur costume, and that’s going to go viral, why can’t I just put attractive people.”

The pictures were a little too much for har.com, which took them offline.

Other realtors we talked to said the antics can limit potential buyers.

Realtor Kris Weiss says, “I’m sure everyone tries different things, I just think sometimes we just have to stay on the more professional lines keep in mind that we’re representing the seller, and that there are a lot of different types of people out there looking at homes and you just want to appeal to all of them.”

But with some agents having promised free tacos, or even promoted the terrible condition of a home as a selling point, Gyldenege says creativity can bring clients.

Realtor Gyldenege says, “We had six showings yesterday.”

Still waiting, though, for an offer.

Gyldenege happily says the photos received 100 complaints.

According to her, no publicity is bad publicity.
