The Leadership Luncheon allows the United Way of Amarillo & Canyon the opportunity to explain the Loaned Executive Program to local business leaders in hope that they will “loan” one or more of their employees to the United Way’s 2019-2020 Campaign.
It’s also an opportunity for business leaders to hear from the 2019 Campaign Co-chairs, the Loaned Executive Co-Chairs and United Way Staff on why Loaned Executives are critical to the success of the campaign.
The United Way will also discuss the importance of Employee Campaign Coordinators (ECCs).
The group will explain how we train them to accomplish the goals of the campaign as well as explain the benefits to both the employer, employee and the UW. These volunteers are responsible for millions of dollars put back into the community to serve the most vulnerable in our communities. The goal is 45-50 LE’s and 23-30 ECCs.
