Two more people are implicated in the murder-for-hire cases involving Billy Ivy, Jr.

Kimberly Dison, 47, and Tyler Geisdorf, 33, have been indicted in Potter County on Attempted Capital Murder while Remuneration charges.

Court documents indicate Dison was directly involved in carrying out the murders of two people, while Geisdorf is accused of providing a weapon and transportation to an intended killer in the same case.

The number of people charged or implicated in the murder for hire case involving Billy Ivy, Jr. has risen to nine.

Ivy was first arrested in May. Since then, investigators have brought charges against these nine people ranging from conspiracy to commit capital murder to witness tampering.

Ivy is expected to be sentenced later this month on illegal weapons charges which he pleaded guilty to earlier this year.
