Two Arrested After Amarillo Police Find Stolen Debit Cards

On Wednesday afternoon, APD ProActive Criminal Enforcement (PACE) officers were checking an address in the 500 block of West 2nd Street for reported narcotic activity.
 
PACE officers contacted several subjects at the residence. The tenants 42-year-old Amanda Diane Stuartand 40-year-old Christopher Lance Mirabella gave officers consent to search the residence. 
 
Stuart was found to be in possession of several debit cards and identifiers that do not belong to her. One of the identifiers was found to be stolen in a theft from a vehicle at a church parking lot in the 3000 block of Wolflin Ave. Another identifier had been taken in a burglary of a hotel room in the 4500 block of Canyon Drive. 
 
Mirabella was found to be in violation of a protective order of a subject that was in the residence. 
 
Stuart was arrested for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, a third degree felony.
 
Mirabella was arrested for Violation of a protective order, a class A misdemeanor. 
 
Both were booked into the Potter County Detention Center. No narcotics were located at the residence. All other subjects were released at the scene.
