Chef Rocky Dunnam from Nineteen 49 catering is showing us how to make a green chile flatbread.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 EA FLATBREAD
  • 1 TSP OLIVE OIL 
  • 1/4 CUP OF CHEESE, SHREDDED
  • 1/4 CUP OF GREEN CHILE, ROASTED OR DICED
  • 1/4 EA WHITE ONION, JULIENNE
  • 2 EA EGGS
  • TT KOSHER SALT/BLACK PEPPER

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F.
  2. DRIZZLE FLATBREAD WITH OLIVE OIL.
  3. TOP WITH LAYER OF CHEESE.
  4. TOP CHEESE WITH GREEN CHILE AND ONION.
  5. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
  6. BAKE FOR 15 MIN. AT 350F (OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS).
  7. FINISHED WITH FRIED EGG ON TOP.
  8. CUT AND ENJOY.
