Today with Chef Rocky: Easy Microwave Fudge pt 2

Chef Rocky Dunnam from Nineteen49 Catering is here showing us how to make easy microwave fudge.

INGREDIENTS:
12 OZ SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
14 OZ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1 ½ CUP PECANS; CHOPPED
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1 TBSP UNSALTED BUTTER

PROCEDURE:
1. MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE AND CONDENSED MILK FOR APPROX. 5 MIN.
2. IMMEDIATELY STIR RAPIDLY TO FULLY INCORPORATE.
3. ADD PECANS AND VANILLA AND STIR.
4. SPREAD ONTO AN 8-INCH PAN THAT’S LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND BUTTERED.
5. REFRIGERATE UNTIL FIRM.
6. CUT INTO SQUARES AND SERVE.
