AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Haley Sparks from Rebuilt Life Coaching joined Today in Amarillo and demonstrated some workouts to help improve those glute muscles.

Sparks also talked about caffeine and some ways to moderate caffeine intake including adding enough water into the diet to flush out any ingested sugars. Sparks noted that it’s fine to have caffeine in moderation and with plenty of water following behind.
