AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Haley Sparks from Rebuilt Life Coaching joined Today in Amarillo on Thursday morning and demonstrated some ways to help tone your arms with some armband workouts.
Sparks also took some time to discuss creation methods for full meal planning for beginners.
Sparks also provided a chart of a basic meal schedule to help plan.
