Low Country Boil
- 3 lemons halved
- 1 large elephant garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 Tbsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp whole black pepper
- 1 cup crab and shrimp boil seasoning
- 3 pounds small red potatoes about 1½” in diameter
- 2 pounds smoked sausage cut into ¾” pieces
- 2 large yellow onions peeled and quartered
- 4 ears corn shucked and cut in half
- 2 pounds large 21-25 count shrimp, unpeeled
- Cocktail sauce for dipping
