AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — It’s Tuesday, and you know our guy Chef Ron came through with some slammin’ grub, and shows us how to make five spice pork chops with plums.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 lb of crimson fleshed plums
  • 4 thick sliced pork chops
  • 5 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tsp of chinese 5 spice
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1 sliced jalapeño
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup hoison sauce
  • 1 tsp of white wine vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
