  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1.5 cups white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Crushed red pepper to taste
