  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp shrimp powder
  • 1 pack of dashi powder
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup of chicken gizzard
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 stalks of chopped celery
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 2 lbs of smoked andouille
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • 4 packets of ramen noodles
