  • 1 SMALL GREEN BELL PEPPER FINELY DICED
  • 1 SMALL RED BELL PEPPER FINELY DICED
  • 1 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
  • ¼ CUP WHITE WINE
  • 1 TSP CAJUN SEASONING
  • 12 OZ. CRAWFISH TAILS (CLEANED)
  • 8 OZ. SHRIMP
  • 8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE CUT INTO SMALL CUBES
  • ¼ CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
  • 4 OZ. MOZZARELLA PROVOLONE SHREDDED
  • 1 LARGE LOAF SOFT FRENCH BREAD HALVED LENGTHWISE
  • CHOPPED ITALIAN PARSLEY
