  • 4 Cups of Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • 1 Small Onion, Diced
  • 4 Stalks of Celery, with Leaves Chopped
  • 1 Poblano Pepper, Diced
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Cans of Stewed Italian-Style Tomatoes
  • 2 Tomatoes, Diced
  • 4 Bay Leaves
  • 5 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup of Red Cooking Wine
  • 2 Tbsp of Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp of Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Steamed Rice for Serving
