  • 8 slices of smoked gouda
  • 2 cups of peppers and onions
  • 1 cup of hatch green chili’s, roasted and chopped
  • 4 hoagie rolls sliced lengthwise 
  • 2 TBSP thundering Longhorn Beef Seasoning Salt & pepper to taste
