They’re part of the United States Air Force Combat Squad.
But this weekend the Thunderbirds will be in the sky showing off their skills.
It’s part of the Memorial Day weekend celebrations at Cannon Air Force Base.
The Thunderbirds are said to be the oldest squadron in the Air Force.
They tour many places across the nation demonstrating their flight skills.
“Its something that I never expected to do in my Air Force Career I’m use to flying really high far away from people so to be out with the crowd watching it a thrill and a blast and its exciting when we land what people seen and what they enjoyed and just how much they the experience was for them, ” said Maj. Alexander Goldfein, Number Three Right Wing Pilot.
People in the community are invited out to see the Thunderbirds and more at the 2016 Air Show.
