Giving you an excuse to take a nap, NASA’s research has found how to get the most power out of your power nap and it is not sleeping more!

Turns out the perfect length of a midday nap is actually a range of 10 to 20 minutes.

Research shows 10 to 20 minutes of rest gives your body the most benefits of a sleep cycle without the grogginess that comes with longer sleep.
