The Drunken Oyster: Lobster Mac


  • 1 pound Lobster claw and Knuckle meat (can sub shrimp soaked in garlic butter)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound pasta of choice
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded smoked gouda
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Cajun seasoning to taste


1. Cook-off pasta according to directions

2. In a large sauté pan melt butter

3. Add onion and sauté till fragrant add lobster

4. add heavy cream and garlic let come to a simmer

5. Slowly add Smoked gouda stirring constantly till melted

6. Add parmesan stir till smooth

7. Season with cajun and serve
