Keeping everyone young, both mentally and physically, was the message at today’s Day of the Woman.
The Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health brought hundreds of women together to learn about brain health and facial rejuvenation tonight.
This year’s event featured Dr. Paul Proffer from here in Amarillo and Leanne Young from the Brain Performance Institute in Dallas.
The Laura W. Bush Institute hosts events like this one to encourage women to advocate for their health on all levels.
“I think its important because information changes all of the time we need to bring something innovative and something really unique to them so they feel like they’re on the cutting edge on how to take care of themselves,” said Senior Director of the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health, Angela Knapp Eggers.
