The Best Time To Eat Dinner, According To Dietitians

The next time you’re about to eat dinner make sure to pay attention to the clock.

Registered dietitians are talking to “Eat This, Not That” magazine and say the time you eat the last meal of the day is important.

According to experts, eating large meals before bed can hurt your sleep cycle.

It’s why they say the best time to eat dinner is at least two to three hours before going to bed.

Besides helping to improve sleep, nutritionists say not eating a few hours before your slumber can also help decrease the risk of cancer and inflammation.
