(FOX NEWS) – What’s the best day to fill up your car?
Turns out – it’s Monday.
This according to “GasBuddy.com.”
They found varying gas prices across the country can be somewhat predictable.
So what makes Mondays so special?
Experts say it’s because gas stations see quieter traffic patterns earlier in the week.
For 29 states and the District of Columbia, Monday is the best.
Meanwhile, 19 other states can strike gold on Tuesday.
Although planning your trips to the pump can save you some coin, experts say this strategy will only save the average consumer 20 to 30 bucks a year; adding the worst day for filling up the tank is Friday.
