Midland Pipeline Explosion Caught on Video

The number of people injured in a series of explosions at a West Texas Natural Gas Pipeline has risen to seven.

The first explosion happened about 20-miles from Midland, Texas late yesterday morning.

Officials say firefighters were able to contain the fire caused by that one when two smaller explosions followed.

On Wednesday authorities said one volunteer firefighter and four pipeline workers were injured...

The Associated Press is now reporting that a Midland city spokeswoman told TV station KOSA in Odessa that two others were also hurt bringing the total number of injured to seven.

Several of the victims were transported to hospitals by helicopter.

It's not yet known what caused the blasts.
