Texas Tech to Thank The Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation for Vet School Support

The Texas Tech University System, Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) will host an event honoring The Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation, which has committed impactful philanthropic support for the future Texas Tech School of Veterinary Medicine.

TTU System Chancellor and TTUHSC President Dr. Tedd L. Mitchell and Texas Tech President Lawrence Schovanec will honor and recognize The Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation as a trailblazing donor that has generously committed support for the School of Veterinary Medicine.

Foundation President & CEO Clay Stribling and other representatives will be in attendance.

These gifts support construction and development of the Texas Tech School of Veterinary Medicine in Amarillo and help revolutionize veterinary services throughout Texas’ agricultural communities. 
Empowered by generosity, the school is designed to fulfill a growing need in these communities by shaping the future of veterinary education and enriching our state’s agricultural heritage.
