AMARILLO, Texas(KAMR/KCIT) —Author Andrew Brandt is back with some great book recommendations for October, but these aren’t the scary Halloween type.

First is one called “The Way We Were(Wolf)” by Lindsey Jesionowski. The second is “Bewitching the Ghost” by Gigi Blume.

These two books are part of a larger six-author project called Monster Mash, where six indie romance authors took a classic horror monster and wrote a romance novel around it.
