A Nashville company is suing Steve Harvey over a private jet.
According to the Tennessean, the company says the comedian and TV host failed to pay about $200,000 owed for custom alterations to the aircraft.
The company, Business Aircraft Leasing, filed the lawsuit last Wednesday.
It claims Harvey agreed to pay $400,000 to customize a gulfstream jet that he promised to lease for $97,000 a month.
One World Aviation, a company Harvey owns or operates, is also named in the suit.
Harvey has not responded to the complaint.
