(NTV) Japanese electronics giant Sharp just took the smartphone industry to a whole new level.
The company unveiled Thursday the world’s first humanoid phone called “RoBoHon.”
Shaped like a human, the device can recognize its owner’s face and engage in conversations.
RoBoHon also comes with regular functions of smartphones such as making phone calls, texting, online surfing and taking photos.
Among its many other features, the gadget can show videos from a projector installed on its forehead.
Customers can place orders for RoBoHon starting today.
The product, priced at around $1,800, will hit the market in may.
