Orange Onion Tilapia

– 1 tbsp Olive Oil

– 2 ea Tilapia Filets

– 1 ea Orange; zest + juice

– 1 ea Red Onion; sliced

– 1 ea Garlic Clove; sliced

– 4 oz Orange Juice

– TT Kosher Salt/Black Pepper


1. Preheat oil in fry pan over medium-high heat.

2. Season tilapia with salt/pepper.

3. Pan fry on both sides. Approx. 60-90 sec. per side.

4. Remove from pan to serving dish.

5. Add onion to pan.

6. Saute until translucent.

7. Add orange zest and garlic.

8. Once you smell the garlic, add orange juice.

9. Reduce to desired consistency.

10. Drizzle over tilapia filets.

Optional: Serve with rice, or roasted vegetables.
