Loyalty programs for Southwest Airlines and hotel chain Marriott have won the coveted “program of the year” titles for the Americas in the annual “Freddie” awards.
The awards recognize the world’s top airline and hotel loyalty programs.
In the Americas, Southwest also won for “Best Customer Service”.
While Marriott also won top honors for “Best Customer Service” and “Best Redemption Ability.”
Winners are determined by votes from frequent fliers and hotel patrons.
