Volunteers comprised of employees of the Pantex plant, their families, and friends plan to lend helping hands to some 12 projects throughout the area – construction, landscaping, cleaning, repairing, and distributing food to the needy.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the program, and Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC, is proud to sponsor this year’s employee-led projects.
Three of the 12 projects either have already taken place or will take place outside the July 20 Day of Volunteering. They include volunteer work at the Amarillo Children’s Home, American Legion Post 344 in Claude, and Storybridge.
