A chase that started in Gray County ended in Potter County with a murder suspect arrested.
Just before 9 p.m. on Thursday, April, 27, a DPS Trooper in Gray County attempted to stop a vehicle on I-40 west for a traffic violation.
The Trooper said the vehicle refused to stop and evaded into Carson County, where other Troopers joined in to assist.
Officials said the vehicle continued into Potter County where Troopers lost sight of the vehicle.
With the assistance of the United States Marshals’ Service, the vehicle was found in a restaurant parking lot off of I-40 East.
At around 9:20 p.m., Troopers arrested the driver and passenger at that location.
The driver, Sean Sellers, 30, of Moore, Oklahoma, is a murder suspect out of Oklahoma, and has warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and assault strangulation.
Troopers said the passenger, Destinee Arms, 24, of Macomb, Oklahoma, was in possession of marijuana.
Both were arrested and transported to the Potter County Jail.
Sellers is charged with evading arrest in a vehicle, and Arms is charged with possession of marijuana.
