Dairy Owner Files Lawsuit Against Manufacturers of PFAS Products

The owners of the Highland Dairy in Curry County have filed a lawsuit against several companies because of PFAS contamination.

The dairy is seeking damages to the business because of groundwater contamination near Cannon Air Force Base.

The dairy owners claim they were notified in November that their milk would no longer be purchased.

They said they sold about 15,000 gallons of milk a day before learning of the contamination.
