DOWNTOWN LUNCHTIME BOOK CLUB – The Things they Carried by Tim O’Brien
Amarillo Public Library is participating in the community-wide partnership exploring themes and lessons of the Vietnam War by selecting books about the war for the Downtown Lunchtime Book Club in August and October.  The partnership is led by Panhandle PBS in conjunction with the Ken Burns documentary, The Vietnam War.   More information about the project including partners, events, resources, and more—will be available soon at PanhandleRemembers.org.
