It’s free fun for families and their four-legged friends.
Today at Memorial Park, pets and their owners chowed down on some delicious food at this year’s Muttfest.
Today’s fun also included musical entertainment, a silent auction and even pet contests.
Mary Ramirez, an A.S.P.C.A. volunteer says, “Right now we have the sky hounds disc championship that’s going on right now and then after that, best singer waggin’ his tail best costume just fun little contest for the dogs.”
All of the money raised goes toward the Amarillo S.P.C.A.
It’s used in sheltering and caring for cats and dogs, until they find a forever home.
