The shirt and tie may soon be a thing of the past.

Retailers like Joseph A. Bank and Men’s Wearhouse struggling to conform to a more relaxed dress code in the office a place where wearing suits used to be the norm.

The Wall Street Journal says as demand for casual clothing from companies like Lululemon and Patagonia rises and becomes more acceptable in the office.

The US market for men’s suits is shrinking.

Much of the change has to do with millennial workers, who prefer comfort.
