  • black eye peas
  • Maggi (chicken bouillon)
  • onions
  • tomato paste
  • ground beef
  • chili pepper
  • salt
1. Grind the beans in a blender for 3-5 mins.
2. Pour beans in bowl with water
3. Sift beans to separate the outer coats
4. Pour oil in pot and set on stove
5. Add all the ingredients and stir for 10 -20 mins for it to cook
6. Add cooked ground beef
7. Scoop 2-3 giant spoonfuls into wrapped foil pocket
8. Twist the top o the foil
9. Place in the pot with perforated foil in the bottom
10. Cook for 45 mintues
