According to the Union County Sheriff, the missing child out of Clayton, NM has been found safe in Grants, NM.
We are told an adult family member, Levi Overmyer, 29, has been arrested and charged with custodial interference in this case.

The Union County Sheriff's Department is asking the public's assistance in locating, a two-year-old Hispanic male, three feet tall, weighing forty pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
The boy was last seen in Clayton, NM with an adult family member, Levi Overmyer.
Overmyer, 29, is a male, six feet tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Overmyer has tattoos on both eyelids and clown tattoos over and below his eyes.
Overmyer left the mother's residence with the child in Clayton, NM.
He was seen driving a black, newer model Chevrolet Silverado pickup with unknown registration.
Overmyer does not have custodial rights to the child and has not returned the child to his mother.
The boy is believed to be in danger if not located.
Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of the boy is asked to call 911.
