Man Fakes Slip And Fall To Claim Insurance Money


A 57-year-old man is charged with insurance fraud after faking a fall at a company in New Jersey.

A New Jersey man may fall for faking a fall as prosecutors go after him for making a false insurance claim.

57-year-old Alexander Goldinsky of Randolph, New Jersey was subcontracted to work at a company in Woodbridge.

He’s seen on this video throwing ice on a floor and then laying down as if injured.

Authorities say Goldinsky filed an insurance claim for hospital treatment.

Middlesex County prosecutors have charged Goldinsky with one count of third-degree insurance fraud, and one count of third-degree of theft by deception.

Goldinsky is scheduled to appear in court in New Jersey on February 7th.
