Man Arrested in Friona For Possession of Meth

According to the Friona Police Department, five pounds of methamphetamine was seized after officers executed a narcotics search warrant in Friona on Saturday, March 9.  

The warrant, served at 905 Main Street, named 32-year-old Freddy Reyes to be in possession of a large amount of meth. 

Reyes was found at the residence and was detained while the search was conducted.

Officers also found an undisclosed amount of money.

Reyes has been charged with a First-degree Felony of Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1.

The Parmer County Sheriff’s Office, Bovina Police Department, and Dimmit Police Department’s K-9 Unit assisted in the search.
