New Mexico man ordered to treatment facility after June 2018 homicide

Local News

A New Mexico man arrested for murder last year will be sent to a treatment facility.

Jose Flores-Espana was ordered to the lock down facility because officials say he is dangerous.

He will be re-evaluated every two years for the next 15 years to see if he is competent to stand trial.

Flores-Espana is accused of killing a co-worker at Dairy near Texico in June 2018.
