Jimmy John’s Teams up with Amarillo Bulls for Charity Today

News

If you missed the story yesterday, today, the Jimmy John’s at 790 S Buchanan Street will give $1 for every sandwich sold to the local junior diabetes group. In addition, the Amarillo Bulls and Jimmy John’s will host the first annual “Jimmy John’s Night” at the Amarillo Civic Center.

“If customers turn in their Jimmy John’s receipt at the game, we will donate another dollar to Type One Area Diabetic Support (TOADS), giving people the chance to make their money go even further for a great cause,” said Jimmy John’s owner Charles D’Amico.

Jimmy John’s will also be throwing down the puck and hosting a raffle at the game.

TOADS  is a non-profit organization that is committed to educating and raising funds for those diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and their families.

“We chose to support TOADS because of its local impact,” said D’Amico.
