According to the J.D. Power 2016 US Credit Card satisfaction study, Discover has ranked highest for credit card customer satisfaction for the third consecutive year among US credit card companies.
Discover received a total of 827 points of a possible 1,000.
Credit card users ranked Discover highest in several major categories including rewards, credit card terms, billing and payment, website and mobile.
Discover also received top marks for being customer driven, innovative, proactive, friendly and flexible.
