According to Klein Investigators, the state Attorney General’s office has agreed to review the case of Thomas Brown.
Two weeks ago, we reported Brown’s family had started a petition asking for the AG’s office to step in.
A letter by the Hemphill County Sheriff was sent to the AG’s office asking for the assistance.
We asked the Attorney General’s office if they were getting involved in the case and they said they cannot confirm or deny any investigation.
