ORIGINAL 5/30/17 10:08 p.m.:
Borger Police are investigating a homicide involving an 18-year-old female as the prime suspect.
Last night around 8:15 officers were sent to the 500 block of North Main street at the parking lot of Jackpot Junction.
When they arrived, they found 35-year-old Quincy Jescenus Lang suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was later taken to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.
After interviewing witnesses on scene, Borger Police are now seeking 18-year-old Haley Anne Dunn.
BPD tells us witnesses saw an exchange in the parking lot between Dunn and Lang.
The witnesses say Dunn fired one round at Lang.
At this time, Borger Police tells us they are preparing an arrest warrant for Dunn charging her in this shooting.
Dunn also has an active felony arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
BPD says this arrest warrant is unrelated to the shooting.
The investigation is ongoing.
