IN CUSTODY: Amarillo Crime Stoppers Fugitive of the Week 11/3/16

On 11-22-16 at approximately 3:30 pm, Adrian Casarez was located in Hereford after a complaint was received about a silver Mustang driving erratically through the city. 
Hereford police located the vehicle which refused to pull over while almost striking another patrol car. 
Officers finally got the vehicle to stop on 8th Ave. After a struggle with  the driver, he was finally detained and identified as Adrian Casarez.
In addition to the numerous felony warrants out of both Randall and Potter County, Casarez was also arrested for a felony Evading/Detention with Motor Vehicle as well as an enhanced charge of being in possession of an illegal substance, K2.
 He was arrested and transported to the Deaf Smith County Jail.

Casarez is wanted out of Randall County for Bond Surrender for two Credit/Debit Card Abuse charges, another Bond Surrender for six counts including: Count 1: Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Counts 2-6: Credit or Debit Card Abuse. 
Casarez is also wanted out of Potter County for Credit or Debit Card Abuse and two warrants for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information.
