Brent’s Cafe features locally raised, grass-fed Bonsmara Beef from M-Cross Ranch, home of “Hank The Cowdog”. Brent’s Cafe is purchasing whole cows from the ranch and using them in a variety of dishes from steaks, “Hank’s Burger,” chicken fried steaks, pot roast, and more. On Saturday, March 2, Brent’s Cafe is featuring liver and onions.
Bonsmara beef is lean, super tender and healthy beef. Happy cows raised naturally only on grass; never in a stockyard.
